This is by far the best location for banfield to get your furry family member a visit. The staff are very friendly from the phone call to in person visit. Location is great and next to a pet store for any last minute needs!

Poor experience for me and my cat. Instead of staying in the exam room for a general wellness check and treatment for an ear infection, they brought my cat to a secondary exam room. One of the techs stayed with me in the first exam room and tried to push all sorts of insurance and additional services on me without explaining anything beyond the basics. Once they brought my cat back, he was terrified and his ears were extremely red, which I assume was due to them excessively manhandling him. He was only six months old at the time, so it was easy for me to wrap him in a blanket “burrito” to administer any medication without roughly handling his already irritated ears. Also, an extremely minor critique they didn’t bother to enter his name correctly, so they have referred to him in all correspondence by the wrong name. I recently visited a separate vet for everything listed above, and the difference was night and day. If you DON’T care about your pet beyond basic medicine, this is definitely the place to go.

I was a vet snob with a private practice. When that started to feel less valued I tried Banfield and was pleasantly surprised. The doctor was great. She was thorough and conscientious. She will now be the doctor for my fur babies - 2 Yorkies.

Vet said my friends dog had cancer and tumors, put them through emotional hell and took 3k from them…. They went to a different vet, their dog is HEALTHY. No tumor or cancer. Do your research and get opinions from many vets so this doesn’t happen to you. We need better doctors who know what they are doing!!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS VET.

First time check up for an overall check of my cat. They pressed for the vaccines only focused on those. I was pretty much in and out because they told me he was a healthy cat and nothing appears to be wrong. I had tried telling them he had stuff in his ears and wanted to do that overall check since my cats previous owners kicked him outside. But again all they were focused on was getting the shots. I ended up going to a different location and finding out he had two different kinds of infections in both ears and getting way more information on my cat. I get this place is inside a petsmart but that doesn’t mean there should be less care and pressing for money. Really disappointing. Make sure they actually do a thorough check if you go here.
