- LDLena Dodge2 days ago5.0KC one of the employees gave me the best experience I’ve ever had at petco , very knowledgeable on all products animals critters any questions I had they were answered right away , even tho it was busy kc still made sure to come check on me and make sure I was finding everything ok , he took time to look up my rewards and one of the items I bought to see if it was returnable , and lastly he’s always there to make sure a customers needs are met register line was long with only one cashier and Casey came right up and took over and helped us out he deserves a raise thank you KC for the help and being such a kind person

They were unwilling to call other stores to accommodate my needs, they told me to go on web sites my self and find one. I have now decided that I will not be adopting any cat.

- TSTiffany SteffesOct 14, 20255.0Great selection of fish, reptiles, guinea pigs, ect. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about their animals and truly care about them. As it can be frustrating when they can't sell you something, due to the size of your cage/tank, I understand they just want to keep their fish & animals in a safe environment ❤️. (Which confuses me that they have their fish in a smaller tank but won't sell you it when you're willing provide a tank that's 15 gallons larger they have there's in.. I'm still confused about that.) Overall though, I will be coming back. This is my favorite store and I gain so much knowledge everytime I speak to them. The store is clean, well stocked & organized. The free water testing and 30 day return policy on fish is wonderful in case anything happens during transport or if you have issues with your tank. They have wonderful recommendations on what kind of fish go with what. How to make sure your water stays healthy. How to not shock your fish with certain products, ect. I would highly recommend this store to anyone.
