- MSMelissa SewardFeb 8, 20261.0I went in for a three year rabies vaccine and the vet gave my dog a one year. Called the customer service line they told me to call Petco and they had no idea who to call to make a complaint or get a refund
- BHBrianna HansenFeb 4, 20261.0It was a customer service mess from beginning to end. I did not need rabies but was put into a package with rabies raising cost by the first rep, second rep quoted me a new rate, did the vaccines, then I was given a receipt with 2 different prices for each dog that received the same service. Third rep brought a new receipt and raised both rates to match the higher cost because the 2nd rep price matched incorrectly. If I could afford to do vaccines at my normal vet I would, instead I put up with this disaster of a customer service nightmare.
