Nobody came. 20 minutes later we went back up there. Told us they had to get some fish and they’d be there in 10-15 minutes. We waited again. 20 minutes later went over by the fish, nobody there. We waited a bit longer. We eventually just left… all of the workers were sitting up front talking to each other. They lost out on a huge sale…. A couple birds and a bunch of bird items. Never coming here again. Go to Petsmart! Better and faster service there!

I called twice and was told two separate times that I’d receive my purchase the next day- both times were a lie. I’ve now requested a refund. This was the first purchase I’ve made from PETCO in 6+ years and the only reason I decided to autoship from here, was because of a sale. What a completely pointless purchase because I’ve now had to spend extra money on other cat food just to feed my cats- a total of 86 additional dollars just for the WEEK not including the time OR the money I lost from the purchase itself. I don’t know what happened but their service has gone downhill dramatically. I’m never buying from this place again. PETSMART and CHEWY get my money from now on. I’m a business owner and do rescue work for the community and surrounding towns in my area- I’ll be sure to let my customers and affiliates know not to waste their time or money here, either. What a disappointment. Update: Petco asked me to contact them after posting this and they literally did nothing to remedy the situation which affirms my opinion that they don’t care.
