- JEJoe EricksonNov 5, 20251.0The staff at the hospital were friendly and helpful, but the wellness plan they push on you is a complete scam. Spend $75 a month to save $100 off $800 in lab costs and if your pet dies you can't cancel. You must pay the $75 a month until the plan renews or that amount in a bulk sum to cancel the plan. It also seems that if you cancel you no longer save that $100 in labs costs, that gets added back in to what you owe.

If for miracle reason you do get appointment they will call you back 4 hours and cancel. They had opened a second clinic and then was going to have petsmart clinic for emergency's and then all sudden the petsmart clinic shutsdown. Now I get email to schedule a dental appointment. I can not even get a appointment for a nail trimming. Good thing this was not a emergency. Very unprofessional and inappropriate way to conduct business.

They way over charge for medications and when they tell you that you can re-order off of chewy, they deny the request when chewy reaches out. The only reason I came back to this place was because all other vets were full over the weekend.
- MBMedho BaloSep 8, 20251.0I did everything they said for me to prep and get a cat fecal sample; it was already difficult enough for the appointment. 10 minutes before my cat appointment (that I needed urgently), they had to cancel it, at the worst time. More doctors would have been nice around the time I was scheduled. It was the only good day that worked for me, and they said I would have to reschedule the appointment for next week, which I can't, and not put it the next day or sooner. ALL THE PREP AND SAMPLE FOR NOTHING!!! Moving my business elsewhere.
