  Brooke was so sweet! She was so good at showing us the guinea pigs and really showing us around. She was really passionate about educating us and making sure that if we were gonna go home with a new friend that they were gonna have the proper set up (including making sure they would have a companion to grow up with) It was nice to have someone who loved the animals so much show us around and make sure they are going to have a good life!!!

  I went physically to the store to make a purchase because it was difficult navigating the online purchase option. Unfortunately, the 20% off I was expecting was for online orders only (which was pointed out to me after I reached the checkout.) Petco does not give the store managers the option to override the system. They do not match online pricing. My issues necessitated a call to customer serve and was a very frustrating experience.

  I was in the store for dog and cat food and left with so much more! Brooke was AMAZING!! I mentioned how expensive my two pups were getting and she asked if I had Petco Perks, which I did not. She took the time to get me all set up, returned my $85 in dog & cat food and I repurchased them both plus litter for 95 cents!! Customer for life all because Brooke took a few extra minutes with me!!

  BEWARE of grooming salon! After my dog was cut several times during a grooming session I asked to speak to the manager. I told her about my concerns regarding how my beloved pet was treated. It was hard because I was crying but I used a professional tone. The person in charge told me it was my dog’s fault??!? My dog has NO history of aggression and he is a trained therapy dog. The person told me to “expect cuts will happen when a dog is groomed”?? I was also charged $30 more than I was quoted on the phone when I made the appointment. The vet let me know they have heard about this happening at this place. No one apologized for making my dog bleed. They suggested I may have to “go elsewhere” because my expectations were “too high” ??? I did not complain about anything else. I only said I was concerned because my dog had gotten cut more than once. Sadly, this place is not open to hearing concerns from customers. I wish I could write a positive review but based on how the situation was handled, I think people should know before taking in a fur baby.
