First, he was told they couldn't give her second round of vaccinnes because the first was given at a Vetco express clinic and not the Vetco hospital. They suddenly could offer the service after he called me and put me on speaker. I said "that makes no sense" and was clearly unhappy. My kitten has been having diarrhea multiple times a day and even defecated runny stool in her carrier at the vet. They didn't check her anal glands, take the stool for testing, nor run any other tests. They gave us no guidance other than this probably being a stomach bug and a sample of some probiotics. Complete waste of over $200 (after a 1st wellness visit free coupon) and we're left with no answers. Now I'm going to have to beg a decent local veterinary clinic to get her in soon and spend a bunch more money to hopefully get real help. My Vetco days are over.
