They were great with my cat while we were there and gave us a diagnosis. However every step since from getting prescriptions, to records, to referrals to a surgery center the have been extremely unresponsive and we have either spent weeks getting what we need or not gotten it at all.
I would only use this clinic for simple matters like vaccinations or a checkup, never again for something ongoing and time constrained.

Imagine if you went in for your annual checkup and you had to sit in a lobby for 5 or more hours. Banfield does "drop off" for pets for their shots, annual exams, and it takes ALL day. My poor doggy sits there for HOURS in a SMALL CAGE. It's always at least 5 hours, sometimes 6 or 7 hours. It's not cool. And Banfield always recommends something "extra" just to pump up the bill. It's a money grabbing place. The vets are nice, but systemically it's a profit driven unpleasant experience for your pet.

I just walked by the other day and it was awful just going past. The sidewalk is about a foot thick sheet of lumpy ice. They've got the parking lot cleared so there isn't a spec of ice or snow in the lot, but the sidewalk is an absolute nightmare for even the most able bodied individuals.
It's quite clear it's never been taken care of, and even looks like some of the snow from the lot was pushed onto the sidewalk. I hope the city fines them for double what it would've cost to have it taken care of, because it's genuinely problematic.
