What an absolute joy it was to bring in my sick cat on a Saturday and be treated by staff that seemed to be pretty cool with working on a Saturday. They treated my Sammy with respect and care, suggested treatments that made sense, and a couple extra screenings that turned out to be right on the nose as to why she ended up in this position. And it was affordable. Couldn't ask for more. I will be back.

I doubt I will come back to this location. I've had 2 very bad experiences that span years at the highland Park Banfield location. First when I tried to neuter my cat they didn't tell me that he needed to be fasted then after telling me that surgery on a cat who's been eating could kill him they told me the doctor was willing to do the surgery later that day anyway. More recently I brought my cat in to do a checkup because he had a skin issue on his tail that was moderate severity. A day after I brought him in he started exhibiting more frantic behavior than before I had taken him to Banfield. When I called them to see if the vet that had seen my cat had run blood tests or anything like that they told me they didn't do any tests other than a visual examination and when I asked if they could call the vet for more information because my pet was having an emergency they told me wouldn't do it because it was that that day off and offered no other solution than waiting until tomorrow when the vet was working. Maybe they do good work for some people, but I've never experienced enough professionalism to earn my confidence at this location.

The Vet (Doctor) did not properly explain how to proceed after my cats teeth cleaning procedure, my cat ended up vomiting and having dhiarrea, then I chatted online woth a Vet from North Carolina via Banfield Pet Hospital online and that Doctor was much more clear explaining how many hours Ashito should not eat or drink water and how to proceed, she even asked for a picture of his teeth and gum, happily he was good the next day, but better information should be given after this kind of procedure, the rest of the Staff was great and super helpful, they helped me have my cat FIRST because he was so anxious, which I really appreciatte.
