We have brought our cat and dog to banfield for years, we stayed through moves, until recently. I brought my cat in for a regular check up and they either had to give shots or take blood, either way my cats legs were wrapped in a green tape. I took them off the same day and realized they had dyed my cats fur green. I called to inquire and was told “it will fade away in a couple days” I called again weeks later and was told “ya, the pink tape normally does that, not the green. Use hydrogen peroxide” Ok, so I did that, several times. Now a month later I call to see if they can help me, since they were the ones who dyed my cat green. I was snarkly told “We don’t do that here, I will ask my manager. We were out of our regular tape and used an off brand.” Ok..it has been MONTHS. I was promised a call back, never happened. We have switched vets. They are nice, until they are not. Sincerely, Mom with a green legged bengal cat.

I have used Dr Nielsen since he started at Richfield and followed him to savage. Hes the best veterinarian anyone could ever imagine. He made the passing of all 3 of my Parson Russels easier. If you want someone who is the best and cares. Bring your dog to here and to Dr Nielsen. Pure class. Id give 10 stars if I could. Thank you, Jeremy Bjornberg

Nice people but pricing is not transparent. I called for an appointment to get annual vaccines for my dogs. Total cost for one small dog to receive Bordetella, Leptospirosis, and Lyme vaccines was $193.68, which seemed high. I only learned after paying and looking at my receipt that Banfield charged $80.95 for an office visit, which was never communicated to me at any stage. This should be communicated at the time and appointment is made, at minimum.
