- CCChloeApr 9, 20261.0They sent me a text asking me to confirm my dog’s appointment, and I confirmed it exactly like they asked. Despite that, they still went ahead and canceled my appointment anyway. I understand I had previously missed an appointment due to health issues, but that does not justify canceling a confirmed appointment without proper communication. If there are policies around missed appointments, they should be clearly explained not handled by canceling appointments after a client has already confirmed. It’s extremely inconvenient, especially when you’re trying to stay on top of your pet’s care. This felt unprofessional and poorly handled. Communication and consistency definitely need to be improved.

- DNDorian NoëlJan 4, 20261.0The guy that checked us in was great, when he told us to go to the other guy who was going to give my dog her shot he was scared of pitbulls and said he wouldn't do the shot. He didn't talk my dog or offer a treat or anything he saw her and was hesitant to walk over and was scared keeping his distance and so my dog barked at him.. and refused to do the shot. Then had the nerve to say " he probably hates men".. 1. My dog is a SHE 2. She doesnt hate men at all she has at least 5 male human friends shes very close with and doesn't bark at any of them, she loves kids and women and all types of people . This guy was scared and had zero experience with animals, needs a new job. Definitely would never suggest this clinic to anyone. Unless you have a mini poodle or Chihuahua because the definitely descriminate against big dogs and especially and form of terrior or pitty. Reffered us to hospital and definitely even tell us which one. Just awful experience!

- ADAlisa DentNov 9, 20255.0I scheduled a rabies vaccination for a Sunday at 12:40, the last appointment of the day, but I didn't get there until 12:52 because I went to the wrong Petco first. They gave my cat his shot anyway, which was awesome because I really didn't want to have to wrestle him into the carrier again. I apologized profusely for being late, and they were very kind and understanding. My regular vet is closed on weekends, and I would have had to pay for an office visit on top of the cost of the vaccine, so this option is way more convenient and cost-effective.
