Ordered two items for delivery because I needed the digestion product before tomorrow morning. I never order delivery due to high costs but this was an emergency. Through the petco website I paid tip for the driver. One product was correct, the other one was half of the size of the bag I paid for and wrong cat food because the age was incorrect. My cat needs age 1-6 (which I ordered) and this was the 7+. I called petco Roseville and explained what had happened. The customer service woman from that location was incredibly rude. She kept insisting that this simply could not have been an error from petco because “they have to scan the barcode.” Like whose fault is it if not yours? She then said I can come in and return it within 30 days. How can I return something I have no receipt for? Plus The reason I ordered is because I needed this before going to work in the morning. If I had the time to stop in I wouldn’t have paid the extra fees for delivery. Now I wasted money on delivery only to have to go in anyway due to their mistake they’re claiming wasn’t there’s (doesn’t make any sense…). Not only will I be returning the wrong item but will also be returning the other on principle due to how incredibly rude the customer service was. Won’t be back.
