Upon opening I see where it was expired! Therefore I needed to repeat all the above in reverse. was money returned, yes. Did I hear “Sorry this happened”, no. Cashier rang up a refund and had no comment regarding my time or added cost to return. I then drove over to PetSmart and a huge selection was available plus it was cheaper. ! Not impressed
