The workers told him to comeback at 10am and he did and then the staff told him there was no appointment when he arrived back. The staffs have lacked attention to detail. When I called the place, the workers immediately found my appointment, by then my dad traveled 4 (30 min trips). Maybe look up all the phone numbers listed on the appointment before you send them away. Wasting my families time and money.

I requested a “deshedding” bath for my long-haired German Sheperd and my dog came back with huge clumps of hair still hanging off of her. She really wasn’t finished in a nice fashion. Groomer also took 2 hours longer than she said she would…this makes it tough to schedule your day. All this for more than $110.00. And then when I went to pay I got, “And would you like to leave a tip?” Which I did cuz I’m a super nice guy. Petco is a giant soul-less corp who will hire anyone with a pulse to work for them. No experience or knowledge of dogs needed.

Try telling him I have turtles and know what I'm going but no it was for the safety of the animal, but yet it Stunk in there. They had dirty living conditions and dead fish all over their tanks. Went to the other Petco they had a turtle he was in very bad shape shell was cracked and peeling. Instead of isolating and treating him they had him out for sale.(full price) they are really concerned about the animals. Tell me Petco how you care for your animals. And your employees need to know what they are talking about!
