Unfortunately, the service here didn’t come close. Check‑in felt rushed and the groomer didn’t seem willing to take a couple minutes to hear our grooming preferences. This is something our previous groomer always took the time to go over so we were on the same page. At our last appointment before moving, she stated how she was going to miss our dogs so much and asked us to stop by for a visit if we were ever in the area again. That level of care meant a lot to us. We were also told one of our dogs acted aggressively, which has never been the case in 6 years of grooming and vet visits. The explanation didn’t feel clear or accurate and the whole interaction left us uncomfortable. We really wish we could have the same level of care we were used to, but this experience ultimately led us to cancel our Petco Vital Care Premier membership after 8 years.
