My name is Dr. Ashley Kawuki and I own PetVet365 Plymouth in Plymouth, MN along with Dr. Nathan Howlett. We believe the perfect vet visit is one where science meets heart with a sprinkle or two of magic. That’s why my team is trained and certified to give your pet the very best Fear Free care (think: treats, belly rubs, snuggles). - KYK YNov 13, 20251.0Had such a horrendous experience here. The assistant (Lauren/Laura I think) treated me like I was dumb and was very short with me. I’ve never felt such disrespect. I wouldn’t trust ANYONE from this establishment with my pets if they think hiring people like her is okay.

- SMSamantha MichelsonOct 27, 20255.0My kitty Billie and I went here today to address some concerns. Hannah and Dr. Howlett exceeded my grandma and I’s expectation beyond belief. They are clear, kind, empathetic, and honest. Billie absolutely loved the kitty-specific room and the staff. Unfortunately Dr. Howlett had to deliver some devastating news and he couldn’t have had better bedside manner. I offered billie some of the treats provided and she ate them so quickly despite not eating or drinking at home. They were kind enough to send her home with a bag of said treats. Every single interaction at that appointment was flawless. Thank you both for caring about my Billie as much as I do. I will hopefully not have to return, but if I do I know my kitties and I will be taken care off. I called every urgent/emergency vet in a 30 mile radius of the twin cities and PetVet365 had the best prices. Also, whoever owns the white BMW, I love the custom plate lol.

This was the single greatest vet experience I have ever had with my 4.5 year-old French bulldog. The procedure was smooth and seamless. My dog was comfortable and cared for the entire time. I Could clearly see that her well-being was genuinely their top priority from start to finish. 10/10 recommend
