  We were highly satisfied with our experience at this Banfield Pet Hospital because from start to finish, the care and attention we received were excellent. We brought our dog, Koko, in for vaccines and a routine wellness exam, and the entire visit was handled with professionalism, patience, and genuine compassion. The staff was welcoming and friendly as soon as we arrived, which immediately helped put both us and Koko at ease. The veterinary team took the time to thoroughly explain each part of the wellness exam and the vaccines Koko was receiving. They didn’t rush through the appointment and made sure we understood everything clearly. We really appreciated how open and willing they were to answer all of our questions, no matter how small. Whether it was about vaccine schedules, preventative care, nutrition, or Koko’s overall health, every question was addressed thoughtfully and clearly. What stood out most was how attentive and calm the staff was with Koko. They handled her gently and spoke to her kindly, which helped her remain relaxed throughout the visit. Seeing how comfortable Koko was made us feel confident that she was in very good hands. It was obvious that the team truly cares about the well-being of every pet they see. By the end of the appointment, we felt reassured, informed, and confident about Koko’s health and ongoing care. The combination of great service, knowledgeable staff, clear communication, and genuine care is why we were highly satisfied with our experience. We left feeling confident, and Koko did too, which means everything to us as pet owners.

  I’ve been bringing my pets to Banfield Pet Hospital for 15+ years and to the Plymouth location for at least 10 years. The care has always been exceptional. The doctors and staff are consistently kind, attentive, and truly dedicated to making sure my little ones are doing their best and healthy. I actually drive past three other locations just to come to this one—that’s how much I trust the team here. They treat my pets like their own, and that level of care and compassion makes all the difference. They take the extra time to ensure you have everything you need

  This vet is really great. I haven’t had much luck with vets. They are very kind, helpful and supportive. One my dogs has to get nose surgery and they said they would be more then will to do it. When I rescued all my dogs they have helped to much to make sure they are healthy, cleaned teeth, put my mind at ease for surgerys. Very appreciated for them

  We’ve been taking our dogs to Banfield in Plymouth since both were a puppy, and we have nothing but positive things to say! We love how they care for our dogs and I’ve always felt they have provided the best care to them. Both dogs are on a pet plan and it’s such a peace of mind knowing they are taken care of all round! I always recommend Banfield and the pet plans to anyone I know with a new furry friend!
