  !!!!!🐎RECOMMEND🐎!!!!! I recently had a catastrophic event. I had emailed a couple weeks ago searching for help after I had lost one horse and had another at a different vet. I did not follow through in time. Which was completely on me. My best friend, whom ive had since I was a little girl & 26 years . Just got cold and died. My other horse had died previous week. The vet he was left at for care and what I thought would be a series of trial error and treatment. Was unfortunately, vet getting tunnel vision on one, very obvious impossible diagnoses, with no signs of improvement. After his death very little explanation and 0 remorse. Ive felt for a week now, like ive lost a sibling. As the world keeps turning and this heartache is downplayed to "just my horse.". **Today, I received a call, from doctor Nancy Peterson. If I could give her 10 stars I would, again and again!!! She spent more time and effort over the phone with me trying to figure out and brainstorm what could have killed my horses. In our 45 min conversation then the original vet did in the week it took for assumption to kill him. She listened and asked relevant questions. She had her eyes wide open and nothing off the table. Things happen for a reason, I accept that. Im almost positive had it been in the cards, I would have gotten my horse to her, he'd still be alive. If not, id respectfully take it , knowing she had put everything in to it she had. Regardless of my unfortunate outcome. Along with her knowledge, she gave me her time, recommendations with my last horse and her sympathy! It made me smile scrolling through the reviews on here, as the amount of good things said, is understandable after my short encounter. The amount of kindness, she showed me, when she had nothing to gain is something I will never forget! Something that is so uncommon. Having equine clients as I used to, sharing your experiences, is so helpful. To horse owners, I highly highly recommend her!!!! Sincerely, thank you dr. Nancy and your facility! Hope to give you any of business, and will refer you in my horse atmosphere any time possible!!!

  Very appreciative of the love and care provided for our animals by New Ulm Regional Vet. Their vets are very knowledgeable and are great at providing excellent guidance when navigating a pets health journey.

  Appointment was awesome. My pug, Loki was treated like a king. Everyone was friendly and concerned about Loki's health issues. He was evaluated and diagnosed. The doctor explained everything to me to where I understood. I would recommend this clinic to anyone that loves their pet.
