My original vet retired and the new vet clinic that took over, didn't have time to take care of my cat after being with the clinic 30+years. They actually told me the names of other veterinarian clinics. NOT GOING TO SAY WHAT I THINK OF THAT BUNCH NOW! I went to the New ULM VETERINARY clinic and was welcomed with COMPASSION, RESPECT and PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE. Me in tears trying to explain what I needed, WITHOUT THINKING TWICE, they set up the arrangements. THOSE wonderful people took care of everything while all I could do was watch, because I was trying to stay calm so I wouldn't have another stroke. They comforted me and my Zoey to the very end. I can't tell how much that meant to me. So GRATEFUL TO THEM!♥️💕♥️
