I have all his paperwork and informed them of this too. I asked if they could make an acception and reminded them he was throwing up blood while trying to hold back tears. They checked with the doctor and he said he "unfortunately couldn't make an exception." I would have been a permanent client if they had accepted me. I'm wildly disappointed, as they had 2 appointments available. Don't know why they don't want my money or to help.
