They did a great job with my tiny little 4 week old kitten. She had her 1st vet visit with them and everyone was nice and helpful.

Overall great experience! We came to the Country Village location for our first time today as we thought it would keep our dog calmer than he is at St. Louis Park. The atmosphere itself kept him much calmer than SLP but sadly (and as expected) he was tough to get settled initially. However, the staff were great! The receptionist, vet tech, and doctor were all not only accommodating to our dog’s needs by being flexible with our requests, but they were also patient with him - thank you so much for you great care! Will definitely be coming back

I am sitting in the parking lot in shock and fury after witnessing the absolute horrible treatment of my pet. I brought my dog in for what is either a growth or abscess on his back foot. Rather than get down and examine him, the vet sat in a chair and bent his foot back up above and against his rear so she could see it. He is a 90lb German shepherd/husky mix with sensitive joints. This is not the correct way to examine a dog and would be expected to be extremely painful. It is also unnecessary as it can be seen easily with him standing or laying down and not twisting his foot in an un-natural position. He immediately started whaling in pain, jumping up and lifting his other foot off the ground desperately seeking relief and the vet was literally holding his entire body up by his injured foot. I actually had to intervene and make them release him because it was very clear that they were going to injure him. The vet didn't even react to this or attempt to re-examine him more closely once they let him go, she just stated that she would issue more antibiotics and it would probably need surgery and then left. The entire appointment lasted 7 minutes or less. I now have to find a qualified vet to actually examine my pet and if this has taught me anything it’s that vets at Banfield cannot be trusted to treat your pets in a safe manner. I will be monitoring my dog for injury incurred by the unsafe handling of the staff here and if he develops a limp they will be hearing from me. Who knows what they’re doing with these animals when they’re dropped off.

My first visit cost $700+ and upon check out, I was informed CareCredit was "down" and "not working". This would have been great to know BEFORE my office visit. This caused a stressful loss in my financials. Next, the Lymes test and results that I paid good money for was "lost/misplaced" for over three weeks. My dog's high levels of infection was delayed treatment due to negligence. Also, I scheduled my recheck and boosters for 3pm on August 8th. It was logged in my calandar at check out! I showed up and they claimed I was scheduled for 815am. This was surprising and highly unlikely as I have a small business and am unavailable at that hour. Overall frustrated and unimpressed. I transferred from the France Ave Bloomington location which was top tier!! After this antibiotic treatment- I'm out! No need to get a wellness plan from them.
