Always great care and patience. Even when Bandit was a little unruly over his feet. They truly want the best for all the animals.

The bald male Vet and female assistant wanted to take my dog to the back room for work…. No reason given. Maybe they wanted to see if I was actually going to let them take my dog to the back without me. But why? They had ill intentions for me and my amazing dog. I had a feeling of discernment , It felt like they were going to stick strange needles or spay her without my knowledge. That’s a large lawsuit, for you vets and assistants out there. Don’t take it upon yourself to decide what you do to my pet, my family member without my consent. Explain why .

A child answers the phone, doesn't have any knowledge and when asked for further information (she) instantly put me on "hold" with no notification that she was doing so. Now I wait on hold for another representative. I can't even get an insurance plan for my cat

We bring our dogs to Banfield and when they didn’t have a medication our dog needed they spent a lot of time calling around to find a pharmacy that could fill the prescription. We really appreciate their effort!

Stay away from this place! My wife and I rescued a stray cat that we found in our garage. We brought her here to have her examined and get vaccinated. They never bothered to check if she was pregnant and just gave her all the shots anyway. They even administered a feline leukemia vaccine to her even after she tested negative for it. They came in and specifically ASKED US if we wanted it anyway since she was negative. We said no because she was negative and didn’t want to pay more for something she didn’t need, but they still did it anyway and charged me for it. We came back 2 weeks later for a booster shot and that’s when the tech asked if she was pregnant. We said we weren’t sure because she had been in the garage, so they did an ultrasound this time and confirmed she was pregnant. The vet then came in and told us there may be issues with the babies because they vaccinated her while she was pregnant. Well she gave birth to 5 kittens and 3 looked underdeveloped and died within a day, and the 2 that lived both ended up having major special needs. I fully understand that the vet told us this could happen, but what made us furious was that they never bothered to even check if she was pregnant when we brought her in for a physical exam and stated she was found outside. After talking with other vets and rescues while caring for the special needs kittens everyone else has told us that they believe this places negligence played a big role in this litter’s issues. STAY AWAY FROM MONEY HUNGRY BANFIELD
