Advertised that your first exam is free, but didn't honor it. Vet acknowledged how healthy my dog was, especially for her breed, but still proceeded to lecture about her raw dog food diet. Charged a huge fee for an eye test, but after finding nothing wrong, they still issued some crazy over-priced eye drops. Spent hundreds, but didn't feel confident that I needed to. It was also annoying since I thought the exam was going to be free. It feels like they take advantage of the fact that we love our pets and want to do anything in our power to give them a good life. Kind of like the shady auto mechanic that takes advantage of people who don't anything about cars. The front desk person and assistant were great. Giving 2 stars for them.

If I could give this place - stars I would. I brought my 3 month old kitten in here. The staff were nice I thought it would be a good first visit (since I’m a first time cat mom). He was clearly sick from something in his litter and I told the vet tech this and she said she’d talk to the doc. The doc came in very off Standish and wouldn’t listen to my concerns or questions kinda seemed like she just wanted out of there. I asked what’s going on with him and she told me he was an healthy boy and if anything changes to come back in. Mind you he was sneezing blood and open mouth breathing. He was clearly sick and had something. I decided after two days to bring him to a different Banfield and they were great immediately understood he had something he severe going on and treated him. They also let me know he was severely underweight for his age and had ear mites(the other vet didn’t mention any of that). Long story short do not go here for your pets treatment unless they are 100% healthy because they won’t treat them and send them on their way.

Always great care and patience. Even when Bandit was a little unruly over his feet. They truly want the best for all the animals.

The bald male Vet and female assistant wanted to take my dog to the back room for work…. No reason given. Maybe they wanted to see if I was actually going to let them take my dog to the back without me. But why? They had ill intentions for me and my amazing dog. I had a feeling of discernment , It felt like they were going to stick strange needles or spay her without my knowledge. That’s a large lawsuit, for you vets and assistants out there. Don’t take it upon yourself to decide what you do to my pet, my family member without my consent. Explain why .
