  Made an appointment, except when we got there the appointment didn't exist. I put in a verification code to confirm the appointment, got to a appointment confirmed page, we get there and we can't be seen. Then the receptionist said 4 times we can wait an hour and a half to be seen (with my cat screaming its head off in the carrier). Why would I torture my cat sitting there for an hour and a half? Thank GOD my cat wasn't in need of emergency services. I can't imagine how someone would feel if this happened to their sick pet when every minute and hour counts. This type of issue in an emergency situation could be life or death for the animal.

  I'm a first time dog dad and i had brought in my 5 year old Bernese Mountain Dog in for a yearly check up and yearly shots. The staff was incredible and took care of my girl in the best way possible and after telling them the concerns i had they addressed them right away and answered any questions i had. They even boarded her for the dental cleaning she got since I had work. They worked with me on what's affordable and they offer a great payment plan. Overall great experience and I'll make sure to come back

  We took our cat to get Spayed, she was sent home with a cone for us to put on her, it didn’t come close to fitting her. One hour later she bit open her incision, when I called to tell them what happened I was told “we should make sure the cones fit before they leave”

  Advertised that your first exam is free, but didn't honor it. Vet acknowledged how healthy my dog was, especially for her breed, but still proceeded to lecture about her raw dog food diet. Charged a huge fee for an eye test, but after finding nothing wrong, they still issued some crazy over-priced eye drops. Spent hundreds, but didn't feel confident that I needed to. It was also annoying since I thought the exam was going to be free. It feels like they take advantage of the fact that we love our pets and want to do anything in our power to give them a good life. Kind of like the shady auto mechanic that takes advantage of people who don't anything about cars. The front desk person and assistant were great. Giving 2 stars for them.
