- KJKenneth JohnsonApr 25, 20261.0I have been taking my dogs to various pet grooming salons for years and this is the first time Ive ever had my dog scalped. IE, when you take a poodle to a pet groomer, the person providing the service knows what a poodle is to look like, and provides a cut that compliments that breed of dog; this groomer had no business cuting dog hair. I will be in this Monday (4-27) to talk to a manager and to show you the bad service and strongly demanding to be reimbursed. I will also be giving a very bad google review and showing pictures of my dogs saddened hair cut. Thanks for nothing Petco. Your place of business will never receive my business again. After my dogs scalping you see her sadness and before the scalping she was happy.

- RBracel basaJan 13, 20261.0The person that checked us in and work with my pet has negative things to say since the checked in. I picked up my dog after and he is wet and not brushed at all. She thinks my dog is too aggressive to work on and stated that my pet need professional groomers. This was my dog 2nd time to get their service. The first time nothing had been said that my pet is hard to work on. They should have communicated this to me on the first visit. I’m very disappointed. By the way my dog is a puppy, he is playful and loving but not aggressive. My puppy went to Petco puppy training and he completed the training without an issue.
