  Petco discontinued the wet food I've been getting my cat for 2 years. I've tried others, but she won't eat them. If She's not going to eat the "High-End, Luxury, and EXPENSIVE" food that Petco is now focusing on, there's no point in me continuing to remain a customer.

  I stopped coming a few years ago, decided to try out again. I was shown people may change but same bad customer service. I asked the cashier for help with fish, he told me there was a gal over helping someone else and she could help me. I didn't want to be rude so stood where she could see me. I turned my head for a moment and she disappeared. I waited another 10 mins and still no help. I was in line of sight of the cashier I had asked previously. Not even an acknowledgement. I tried to give them the benefit of doubt. I will not try this again with this store. There are other better options with people who do help out.

  My sister brought her dog for grooming at this location. The dog had a cut near its scrotum. Poor dog had to wear a cone for a week until it healed. They didn't even have the decency to let her know. Do not go here

  I am giving a 1 star, but it should be a zero. My only complaint about Petco is ordering my cat prescription cat food. 1.) When I place my order, it won't allow me to complete my order. I ended up having to call to finish my order. 2.) When I am able to place a order, it takes close to 2 weeks or longer for me to receive it. 3.) Multiple times I am completely unable to order the cat food, due to them not having it in stock. As of today, I find it much easier now to go to Petsmart in the next city to pick up a bag. For the rest of my shopping experience with Petco, I would give a 5 star. The staff at the location in Maple Grove Minnesota are outstanding!!!
