Was waiting for 50 min standing after checkin on time and they were just talking and wasting time . I saw one lady drop the injections on the floor and putting back on the shelf without throwing them back.
- BABrie AnnaJun 29, 20241.0I was extremely disappointed by how inept the staff was at handling pets. When your profession requires you to be skilled with providing care to pets, you should be able to adequately administer that care within reasonable means. We had a muzzle on our dog as a precautionary action and they acted as if they could not offer him vaccines or bloodwork because they thought he would be too aggressive. He growled a bit, but never once moved his head to antagonize anyone. They said that they feared he would thrash, which he did not and they refused to even attempt to complete his bloodwork due to this. He's a dog and does not enjoy strangers touching him, which is fairly common. He did not pose any threat or even attempt to behave aggressively despite the "under his breath" growl. They also stated that they could not provide care to our dog if an owner had to hold him in any way. Dogs trust their owners more than anyone, so I'm not sure what kind of rule says that dogs cant be supported by their owners while receiving vaccines and bloodwork. We were charged full price for the all of the services that were requested and they refused to provide all of the services that were part of the "package" just because they are inept to care for and comfort the animals that are receiving services.
