She didn’t smell freshly bathed. Her potty area had not been shaved. Her hair had not been cut. Her face had not been trimmed. Her paw pads had not been clipped between. Her vet even said there was still a LOT of hair in her ears, and that was my one special request. They did literally nothing. And then passed her off as groomed. Terrible terrible terrible.
