It wasn't as horrible as some of these reviews say but it wasn't great to say the least. They're definitely demeaning. Seems like the vet was in such a rush that she could barely explain what she was even wanting us to do at home or what to watch for. What she DID tell us is that every single thing about my dog's existence is "concerning". When I tried to explain that he's a runt and that I've had him since he was 4 days old and he's always looked runty- she cuts me off and goes "That's actually illegal". I was like ya well the mom is dead so... Long story short I didn't get much of a word in and unless we want to pay $200 for a UTI test then there is nothing we should watch for at home.

My wife shopped around for prices to get out dog spayed. Banfield seemed to have the best price. They required a wellness visit so we came in for it. They then explained they would require another wellness visit in 4 days plus another approximately $150 of costs that were not communicated on the phone call for an estimate. After all the extra costs it is cheaper to go to the pet hospital right by our house. They would work on price transparency and not waste people’s time

Bait and switch. They will tell you about a plan for $19.95, you sign up for it but then charge your credit card for $49.95. ****Edit**** they will say tbat the Dr talked through the various plans with you even if they did not. I would not use this location as they make you take the *free* stuff then say we cant change your plan due you taking that. Checking out is always a mess with computers down and trying to push you out the door without reading anything legal. If you make a selection to a plan online that is NOT binding and they will upgrade the plan you are on. DO NOT sign up for their **wellness** Also corporate does not respond back and if you are transferred you will just hear a recording that says "goodbye"

They were able to fit my dog in the same day for an injury, and get her into surgery the next day. The staff were all so friendly and kind. & they even bandaged her up with a hearts.

Horrible customer service. The big lady sitting at reception had the worst attitude I brought my dog in and decided to go somewhere else because she was terrible.
