It says on their website they DO take emergency cases during business house and I have included pictures of their website under services where it states they do. An emergency came up with my husbands over 18+ year old services animal who has cancer and other issues but trying to live out her days in retirement. Our regular vet was not open so we came there. Even thought our dog might not make it through the weekend they turned us away only with handing us some in home euthanasia options (the information did us no good as they only supply Mankato and we do not live in Mankato and the one that would was way more then the office visit would have been) and said too bad and that maybe I can get her in next Friday or the week after that. She wouldn’t even give me a straight date of an opening. I even brought up their website says they have emergency care options and all I got was a shrug and too bad from the girl at the front desk. I have highlighted exactly in their website they state it two times about emergency cases and they didn’t even follow their own website. Do not take your pets here. There are far better clinics in the area.
