  The store manager, **Casiddy**, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her tone was condescending from the start, speaking to us as if we were uneducated and didn’t understand—when we had already agreed with what she was saying. Instead of moving on, she kept repeating herself in a dismissive way and repeatedly said, *“I’m not selling you that fish,”* like she was trying to prove a point rather than actually help. The issue wasn’t even the decision—it was her attitude and the way she chose to speak to customers. For someone in a management position, this level of disrespect is unacceptable. Customer service is about communication, and hers was completely inappropriate. I will be contacting corporate about this experience because this is not how customers should be treated.

  I’ve had a great experience at Petco. The store is always clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I get my dog Milo groomed by Sierra, and she does an amazing job every time. He comes back looking fresh, neat, and well taken care of. You can tell she really cares about the pets she works with. Definitely a place I trust for my dog’s care.

  I have taken my dog ​​here three times for a haircut, and the staff who assisted me were always friendly and did a great job with my dog. So, I recommended this grooming salon to my aunt who wanted a cut for her puppy; unfortunately she had a very bad experience. To begin with, the haircut itself was a disaster. Her puppy is a very good and friendly puppy very much like my own dog. But the person who cut his hair said that he kept biting his nails and hands, so she couldn't cut his hair and I could guarantee that my dog ​​is harder to groom than this puppy. The groomer’s name is Jasmine. She had nails that were approximately two inches long. How does someone who works cutting animals' hair work with nails like that? And she didn't even apologize; rather, her attitude was quite rude.
