Horrible. Made appointment for urgent matter, then get a call that they cancelled us for no reason and doctor wouldn’t see us. Don’t go here

I had been coming here for a couple months after I adopted my dog, and we’d be struggling with incontinence issues for a while. Prescribed a med for it without looking at her rear end, med didn’t work, and they wanted to try something stronger. I took her to another vet and they found the physical issue within a minute of doing an exam, and was a fraction of the cost. Don’t spend your money here when it can go a lot further at smaller vet clinics that give better care.

If I could give negative stats stars, I absolutely would. The staff at this location is beyond words. The level of incompetency is astounding, to say the least. Their lack of communication is disgustingly frustrating. As a pet owner I am appalled at their level of professionalism, or lack thereof. If you are able to choose a different location, I highly recommend doing so to save your fur baby the trauma of this facility.

Have been a Banfield client for about 10 years now with my dog. I’ve stayed with them due to convenient locations (moved several times when I was younger) Have had pleasant and some unpleasant visits. My 3 year old cat needed updated vax and had seen a vet that is (now) further away prior to, figured I’d again aim for convenience and take her to Banfield. We had our standard routine exam visit with the doctor, and one vaccine needed a 3 week booster. Scheduled the follow up booster during the office visit, confirmed with front desk this would be a tech appt. Was told boosters can ONLY be scheduled with a tech. Great! Two days prior to said visit, they called saying they scheduled it with a doctor and needed to reschedule it for the following week. No problem. My appt was rescheduled for 4:15pm, I was home by 4:30pm - I live 9 minutes away. When I requested a refund for the $60 office visit fee, Banfield Cares had the site manager call me to explain nothing relevant, she stated the tech does an exam and they will not refund the $60 office visit fee. I did not see a doctor and was there for about 5 minutes in the lobby. Surely the vet tech is not being paid that $60 office visit for 5 minutes of her time, and my young healthy cat did not need an exam (nor did she get one - basic vitals, like heart rate? Maybe?? ) for a booster vaccine given 3 weeks after the first dose. Staff is great, I’ve had it with price gouging and corporate greed.
