    Our girl, Georgie, is a sweet fur ball of energy. Brittany at the Eden Prairie location has been grooming and styling her for 2 years, and is the only person we trust. She is patient, kind, and talented!!!!

    The groomers at Petco in Eden Prairie is not our regular groomers so I was a little apprehensive. However, we were so so happy. Brittany was amazing! Milo gets nervous about grooming and she was so kind and reassuring with him. His haircut was excellent and she was conscientious and friendly. We highly recommend Grooming with Brittany at Petco in Eden Prairie.

    I’ve brought my dog here since he was a puppy with zero issues, he is now 3. This visit with Isabella was terrible. She told me she was “pretty new to this,” which is something you don’t say to a costumer and even though I said not to cut his nails, one was cut extremely short, he was bleeding and limping afterward. The manager first told me everything went well, but minutes later Isabella suddenly claimed my dog bit her during the bath, even though he has never had bath problems. There were no marks, and based on his injury, any reaction would’ve been from pain, not aggression. When I tried calling the store about it, Isabella was rude and hung up on me six times, and I had to contact corporate for help. Very unprofessional experience. I understand everyone has a first day, but there was absolutely no need for her to be so rude.
