Veterinarian availability varies—book an appointment to ensure one is onsite. Clinics provide only routine vaccines and preventive tests. For emergencies, visit the nearest emergency vet hospital.
Good luck even getting an appt. Scheduled two over the last week and an half and both have been cancelled at the last minute with no reason as to why. Called the clinic and they claim “they have no control over appt cancellations” and that we need to call corporate. That makes no sense. Will go to a traditional clinic. Bad customer service.

It was not a great experience. And if you need help, you are transferred to an out of country line with language barriers that make it hard for them to understand what you actually need. The safed money was not worth the hassle afterwards

Prices for shots are about the same if you go to anywhere else they just don’t charge an office fee which other places is $50. They are not usually the quickest but it’s faster then a normal vet visit. They also give you a hard time about flea and tick and heart worm medicine and seem to be judgmental about what people use and can/cannot afford. Very pushy to what they thick you should be on for the meds. Overall saves you an office fee and 15 minutes vs a normal vet
