Justine is incredibly skilled, a great communicator, very knowledgeable, and kind — My often-skittish dog is comfortable with her, which makes me comfortable. Dozens of groomings in, I could not be happier. I feel so fortunate to have found service of this caliber at a Petco. Justine exceeds prior groomers at more “boutique” grooming-only businesses I’ve tried, and I’m glad to keep coming to Petco because of her. Highly recommend.

Lately staff is too busy working on projects to ring people up. I typically have to wait for someone to see me at the checkout. Usually I only wait a minute or 2, but today I waited over 5 minutes. I only saw customers shopping near the checkout, no staff. I tried to call the store but got disconnected. I ended up walking over to the vet and asking if there was anyone ringing up customers. She paged overhead and all the sudden employees came out of the woodwork. The guy that rang me up was friendly, and said everyone was working truck. I work retail too, so I get it. But maybe install self checkouts so then the staff doesn't have to worry about being interrupted by customers. If I had cash on me I would have left the money on the counter. I think I'll shop at petsmart from now on, they always have someone at a register.

My only complaint is that there is so much stuff in the aisles that it is hard to maneuver around with a cart which I need. Brie was really fun to talk too, and she helped me find what I needed.
