  I love that they honor the online prices. It makes things more affordable so you can purchase more for your pets! Also, I always have a lot of questions about my own pets and many of the pets for sale there. I want to get another pet but first I want to know as much as possible about the care that each needs of the ones I’m interested in. They are patient with me and know the care that’s needed so I can make an informed decision.

  I TOOK MY PET HERE.I STARTED LIKE A YEAR AGO.SHE'S TWO YEARS OLD , I GOT HER AND SHE HAD SOME ISSUES OF GETTING EXCITED AND STUFF WHEN WE FIRST GET THERE , BUT SHE'S SO WONDERFUL SITTING STILL AND GETTING HER HAIR DOWN. I HAVE HAD NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT HER. THEY THOUGHT SHE DID REALLY WELL. I WAS LATE ONCE CAUSE THERE'S AN ICE STORM AND I CHANGED MY APPOINTMENT ONCE AND THEY SAID THAT AND MY BOYFRIEND USUALLY PAYS FOR THE DOG GETTING THE HAIRCUT AND HE WANTED IT SHORTER LAST TIME AND I JUST TOLD ASKED HIM IF THEY COULD DO IT SHORTER AS THEY GOT ON THE PHONE THIS LAST TIME I JUST TRIED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND THEY SAID, I COMPLAINED, YEAH, I COMPLAINED ONCE WHILE WOULDN'T SHE WANT TO KNOW IF I WAS HAPPY OR NOT. AND THIS GIRL GOT THE PHONE, SHE TOLD ME THAT THEY CAN NO LONGER SEE ME NO MORE TO GO TO PETCO.WOWHOW RUDE?AND I THOUGHT THAT THEM GIRLS WERE RUDE DOWN THERE TOO, VERY RUDE, VERY VERY RUDE WHEN YOU GO IN THERE, I THINK IT'S BECAUSE MY DOG HAD AN ACCIDENT BEFORE WE LEFT TO THEN THEY HAD TO CLEAN IT UP, AND THEY SAID, OH IT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME.THEY WERE SO RUDE.I CALLED THE CORPORATION TO COMPLAIN
