- EHErica HilbunAug 27, 20245.0This place is fantastic. My cat Koji had an allergic reaction, leading to 'hot spots' on his ears and drainage. The first time it occurred, they saw him immediately. When it happened again while Koji was with a sitter and I was 1,000 miles away for work, they coordinated well with our sitter and allowed me to pay over the phone. The doctor even called me after hours to discuss his diagnosis and elimination diets to prevent future reactions. I was able to overnight the appropriate food to my sitter. I am so thankful!

- DHDonna HuneckeSep 29, 20161.0My dog was brought here by someone who I didn't know (a "good friend of the vet") well if I could post pictures I would. The receptionist & a couple of other ladies treated my baby like he was a piece of garbage. The vet told me my baby was fine -2 broken legs & he'd be fine. The vet gave me so many different options including #1 surgery, "but his surgeon was on vacation for the next week" #2 to surrender my rights to my baby! Are you kidding me!! Was he even telling me the actual truth!??My baby needed emergency surgery!! & they made him sit in a stall for 4 days in poop only changing his splint once! I found a WONDERFUL vet/surgeon, rushed to get my baby to be fixed. All these people cared about was money, brought my baby out to my vehicle WITH OUT supporting his bad side! They put him in my vehicle on HIS BAD SIDE & pulled the blanket out from under him really fast! WOW & these are people "who love animals"??? Anyway, took my baby to the BEST VET 15 minutes down the road to be fixed up & Tuesday morning after having his back leg fixed, getting ready to fix his front my baby passed away!! Why, you might ask? Because my baby was mis-diagnosed by this vet, mis-treated & not properly cared for! They put a splint on 1 leg too tight & due to NOT changing it for 3 days it formed a blood clot, so when the great surgeon went to fix his front it released the clot causing my baby to pass away. I WILL BE filing with the BBB!! I DO NOT recommend this place to ANYBODY who lover their babies!! I DID NOT even want to put 1 star! Wishing this post will help people to drive 15 more minutes to Byron!
