- CBCody BlosbergFeb 11, 20261.0I went in for my dogs annual exams, vaccinations and some more in depth diagnostic testing on one of my pups. There was an error on the invoice that j caught before paying and they said there was nothing they could do and refused to change it. They also said they wouldn’t credit me the difference (I hadn’t even asked them to do that, they were just being extra aggressive apparently). The amount in question was only $18 on an ~$800 total so not a big deal but they will get $0 from me in the future. It also took 2 hrs and 15 mins for the appt which is absolutely wild. 0/10, would not recommend.

Brandy and the banfield team made sure he got the attention he needed and to make sure we can get him back to his happy self. Thanks again for all you guys do.

Brandy and everyone at Banfield went above and beyond to take care of our boy. He is now eating, drinking and wagging his tail again.

First time going through this process so we were scared, since it's taking some time. They were able to help us and guide us through the process. They were even willing to stay longer past their closing hours just to make sure that the birth went smooth. We highly recommend this place and location.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
