  The condition these animals are kept in is absolutely horrific. This poor baby is seriously declining and not even able to digest food (proven by the thrown up bugs in its tank.) Their adoptable cats are kept in what looks like a china cabinet that was DIY made into a holding cell with three adult cats squished in there. There was a bird shaking and none of the reptile enclosures look to be warm enough based on their thermometers. Do better. This is disturbing and I don’t know how anyone could spend their money after a short time spent seeing the conditions of these animals are being kept in.

  I went to this location yesterday to get a beta. When we arrived I took a look at the animals and found a dead mouse/rat in the food bowl in its enclosure, also some of the betas were half dead or completely lifeless. Unfortunate to see and I left without a fish.. disappointed.

  I am new to the aquatics hobby and the staff at this store were very helpful and friendly. Joshua helped me with supplies and fish selection. His knowledge and enthusiasm were evident and he explained things in a way I could understand. He helped me pick out what I needed without me feeling pressured into anything. Will be back as I grow in the hobby.

  Love walking in and being insulted. Makes you really want to give them. Business. Walked in and asked about e collars and the employee I believe named Kevin insulted us and told us we were bad owners for asking about them.
