The staff was as happy to see our dog (Maizie) as she was to be there again! They take excellent care of the dogs and are always so excited upon seeing the dogs return to visit them and their other doggy friends! Woof Dah! is definitely a dog's Happy Place!

The staff is always friendly! The facility is always clean! My dog loves going there to play and always comes home tired. I love that I can check in on her throughout the day with their WebCams.

Woof Dah! Is very unique boarding place for our Boxer Molly. It is cage free and safe for all of the dogs to stay. Molly loves to go to Woof Dah! and plays hard and is very tired afterwards. It’s like a slumber party for dogs. The staff is really great!

We tried this place once since it was highly recommended, but it was not a good fit for our dog. We dropped our dog off for a weekend boarding, and the next day they called us and said our dog had scratched another dog. We were about 4 hours away, and so couldn’t pick him up immediately. They isolated him in a kennel away from the other dogs, so he started whining. In the 4 hours it took us to drive back, they called/texted us 3 times asking when we would be there or if someone else could pick him up immediately because he wouldn’t stop whining. When we got there they showed us the video of the incident. Our dog was sitting on the ground with his back leg in the air, licking the inside of his leg. Another dog came up to him and stuck his nose into our dog’s belly to sniff around, which startled him. As he stood up quickly, his rear paw came down on the other dog’s head, resulting in a scratch. So hardly could be classified as our dog just attacking the other. Nonetheless, the staff who were previously in the background of the video distracted by their phones, shouted at our dog and chased him off, even though our dog had already started to move away from the other dog by the time they intervened. I get that you’re worried about liability for the scratch on the other dog, but to frame this as an act of aggression from our dog seemed a bit of a stretch. We were asked not to come back, and I agreed that was for the best. Though probably for a different reason than they intended. I’ll give them a bonus star for the indoor pool. Our dog does love water and it’s a unique selling point, we just weren’t impressed by the staff. We’ve since gone back to Puppy Play and Stay in Lakeville anytime we’ve needed boarding, as we haven’t had any issues with them in the 5+ years we’ve had our dog. Edit: to clarify on Woof Dah’s response below, this was our one and only visit after the initial observation session, so there was no past history of aggression from our dog.
