- PCParker ClarkJul 11, 20251.0Don't work with these people unless you want to be belittled and talked down to like I was not taking my disabled animal here and I dont plan on shopping at the petco stores anymore either because they are super rude I already told my neighbors to join me at Banfield where you and your animal will be respected for just $8 more because all I wanted was to get my cat microchipped for the online price of $32 no hidden fees they were trying to charge me

But the tech was very calm, slow and did an amazing job with my dog. Held him gently, but firmly and talked nice to him. My dog was very nervous I could see him shaking from across the room and he didn't even growl at him. Didn't get the tech's name, but was very impressed.
