Called add left a message with grooming. No call back after 4 hours. Website states walkin nail services welcome (no option to book online for nails only) I went in, only to find a CLOSED UNTIL FEBRUARY 26TH sign on door. In this day and age of technology - why not advise this on their outgoing voice mail message or even online? Poor management??? Waste of my gas and time.

I looked and there's several other reviews on here about Julie... Which isn't surprising after my interaction. I think she's got some anger issues. She asked for my phone number at check out, I struggle to remember which phone number our family account is under. I gave her a phone number and she asked for my first name, which made me realize I hadn't remebered it right. So I just said "That's okay." She continued to pressure me about the name, and I mumbled a bit "I just don't remember the right number." Then she snapped, no more smile "FINE." Really rudely, grabbed a paper from beside the register to smack on the counter and add a tally mark to it then threw the pen and paper back next to the register. I was shocked at this 50+ year old woman throwing a tantrum over me not wanting to give a name. Next she snapped "you'll just HAVE to keep that receipt If you want a refund." Which shocked me... It's just one bag of treats. A small one too. "I won't need a refund." I responded quietly. The whole interaction was snappy after that first FINE. I don't know why it would be such a big deal. I'm pretty sure you dont NEED an account at these stores. Also that it should be framed as a question 'do you have an account? What's the number? You don't have one, so do you want one?' Julie I think you're in the wrong line of work if someone saying no to you causes you to have a tantrum. Especially someone being soft spoken, polite, and confused. I hope her day gets better...
