- NRNatalie Root-HepnerOct 22, 20251.0Grooming: Multiple bad experiences. First off the app is terrible. Never get the discounts or offers from the ticket punch and it's slow. Finally got to the free groom with having 2 appointments for my dogs but because the app doesn't register it quickly enough i wasn't given it. Then it expires before the dogs even need one. The helpline would not do anything. Next, I had an appointment with Kayla at 12:45 p.m. and received a call less than 5 minutes before my appointment, canceling it since she was sick. I was told I would get either 30 or 35 percent off. (don't quite remember but knew she said in the 30s) I rebooked to go in a week later and the appointment was 2 hours past what I was told so i went and was told they texted me hours ago but i had nothing. Didn't even try to call and they said “Well that sucks” and then I grabbed my bill and only got 20 percent off instead of what i was promised. The point is that the systems need work. And on another note i brought my dog for his first groom a while back and he was doing great with potty training and no accidents for months.. By the time i picked him up, he was peeing all over their floor. Still peeing on the way to the car and once we got home continued to pee. Not sure if they just don't let the dogs out to go potty but they are there for hours and this shouldn't be an issue.
