The quality of care of my pet is often good. It's the cost of care that is always a concern.

A truly awful experience. What I communicated to the vet for the surgery was not what was done, and then they claimed that the vet 'misheard me'. That sounded very disingenuous to me. Even the vet's assistant apologized to me separately - it was so obvious. My cat is now left in pain with difficulty chewing because the surgery did not take care of the whole issue, so I'm now having to arrange for a second surgery elsewhere. If they were not able or willing to do what an owner understands is being done, they need to say so. Also my cat was left lethargic and staggering for days, and they didn't warn me before taking her home that this would be so. But when I finally got ahold of them they say this is normal as anesthetic wears off? Maybe they should warn owners so they can take more steps to protect them from falling for a longer period of time. I've never seen stumbling to that length of time with any other pet under anesthesia in over 30 years, so my take is that this is normal for their clinic. I don't want my pets to ever go through their doors again. I think my pets are safer going literally any where else. If a vet is not willing or able to communicate more clearly than what they did or respect the owners as the furbabies #1 advocate, then they don't need to be in this business.

The clinic staff is very friendly and welcoming. The doctor was professional and knowledgeable. My dog was in need of OFA certification and all was taken care of with ease. They did a great job with my dog.
