Currently Olivia grooms my dog and she is very kind and professional. Also, as a PetCo member, I get discounted grooms and even free grooms sometimes. I appreciate that.

- LLLynn LongfieldApr 10, 20232.0I showed up on time. Had to wait 5 minutes before anyone was at the grooming desk. My dog (13lb Cairn Terrier mix) was nervous as she usually is. I figured she would calm after I left, as she usually does. (This was her 2nd visit at this location. We normally go elsewhere) The groomer apparently decided to put my dog in a kennel instead of trying to comfort or reassure her and so when they finally decided to groom her, she wouldn't come out of the kennel. They have up on her and apparently texted my house phone (landlines don't receive texts) even though they had my cell number. After awhile I realized they hadn't called to tell me she was ready so left in my car and I called to tell them i was on my way. The groomer was gone but the woman on the phone told me there was issues. After a long talk, it finally came out that my dog had not even been groomed! So, my dog stayed in a kennel for 5.5 hours... and never got groomed. Oh, and I had to wait an entire month for my appointment to start with. Next time, make a phone call instead of texting something like that!! I will not go back to this location!!
- MBMadison BresnenJan 12, 20221.0Both of our dogs last two haircuts here were terrible they were not finished and the last time our dogs nails were not done also. They did not charge us for that haircut but I would much rather pay for the service and receive a quality haircut for my dog. The haircut took much longer than the time we were told they would be done and then was not finished and then they complained about our dog who is only 18 pounds that he has a bad temperament because he licks your hands when he’s nervous. It was extremely disappointing. We will not return to petco grooming.
