I have been a customer since 2022 in the premium plan which has saved me so much money upfront and provides the ultimate in my pets preventive care and special procedures. The process for check in once you arrive is too long. I urge them to get a pre check in on line for all appointments and send you a reminder to fill it out to ask those questions on line so that when you arrive they already have all the concerns- approval for care- who is responsible for the bill and so on answered . It will save so much time and people will not grow so impatient waiting ..

Review: Banfield Pet Hospital I’ve had a disappointing experience with Banfield Pet Hospital that left me questioning their priorities. Every visit seemed more focused on upselling additional services than actually caring for my pet’s immediate needs. Instead of addressing everything during a single appointment, they often recommended coming back for procedures that could’ve easily been done then and there. It felt more like a business transaction than a healthcare visit. Thankfully, we’ve since found another animal hospital where the doctors genuinely care and prioritize our pet’s well-being over profit. The difference in service and sincerity is night and day. If you’re considering Banfield, I’d recommend doing your research and exploring other options first. Your pet deserves thoughtful, compassionate care—not a sale pitch.

This place is not equipped to handle high energy 60 pound Labrador retriever. This was the second visit they gave me tranquilizers for him and he was docile and slow with a muzzle. They took him out of my sight. I didn’t hear any noise brought him back and said we can’t handle him. Maybe if you get a tooth cleaning next time we can do the regular visit after we put him to sleep dangerous to some dogs so every visit they want to put him to sleep because they haven’t got the manpower or equipment to take care of a high energy dog, which has been already drugged. This is ridiculous. First visit went fine cause it was in the office in the room and I was there to help hold him without any drugs and everything went fine. I would not recommend this place unless your dog or cat acts like a zombie or maybe they wanna put your animals to sleep also for the extra tooth cleaning charge and the risk of death to the animal because of complications $600 a year and I was told by them I can get HEART medication for heartworm cheaper on the Internet but they have to contact them for a signature which I’m sure will be a 30 or $40 charge for them too. OK the medication. The vet was very cold in her conversation when she said we’ll have to give him heavier doses or put him to sleep for visits and I said so every visit is gonna cost me a tooth cleaning and they have to put my dog to sleep because you can’t handle him and her response was that’s your prerogative I responded with no that’s my reality. Very cold nonresponsive stare from her. Already left a previous response to the visit with lots of questions and have not received any response back except for this another. How was your visit? Would not recommend this place if they’re incapable of handling a small Labrador retriever who is good behavior

They know how to say "I don't know". A rare quality in the medical field! Great advice, friendly ones behind the desk. These people are my future animal Doctors!
