The price advertised online for boarding a dog overnight is only the base price. They will upcharge you when you get there - you choose which level to upcharge to, and you can't opt out if your dog is staying multiple nights. I thought it would be around $300 for 5 nights, but it ended up costing $500. It's a great set up, and they took good care of my dog, but I will look elsewhere next time due to cost.

He can be very anxious and gets over excited. We are new to the area and don't have the usual pet grandparents to watch him. Needless to say, we were worried about his first boarding experience. Stone mountain did an amazing job with him, giving him personalized attention and keeping him separate from other dogs during his stay. He was even letting the staff cuddle him by the end of his stay which we were so happy to see. If our dog likes them then that has to be a major endorsement! So happy to have a place where we feel comfortable leaving him if we have to leave for the weekend. Thanks to the staff that treated our boy with such care.

He’s a 10yr old dog with bad hips and I’ve never seen him limb this badly. Then they charged my wife extra because he was a bad dog? (Do your job). Taking him to the vet and can’t describe how pissed off I am.
