  It was my first time in the store with my kids we got a few fish and some live plants customer service was really great Tony was very helpful!

  Brought my Cat in for the first time yesterday because my Vet was booked for nail trimming for. Month out, 11/6/25 my boyfriend did actually because I was working, I set the appointment up. My boyfriend brought my cat up, I asked the lady over the phone if there was anything else they ended besides the rabies shot vaccine paper work she had told me no. So when my boyfriend brought my cat there the lady asked them if my cat has a temper he said it depends sometimes, but mind you they did not ask this over the phone only in person. If they would have asked this on the phone I do have medicine for my cat if needed I would have had him take it if it was a HUGE deal, the lady told my boyfriend my cat was not able to get his nail trimmed there. I will never go back to Petco again, I used to go there a lot to buy fish, at needs etc, they lost my business!

  Online prices don't reflect in store price was charged 20.00 more and half service was performed nobody to talk to rectify the dissatisfaction

  not a karen by any means but pulled 3 dead rotting bettas (out of all the half dead ones) and stuck them on the workers counter because clearly no one cares. not to mention all the dead fish in tank. super sad and disappointing.

  in my years of fish keeping I've never been once asked for a id to keep fish NEVER EVER BEEN AKSED. I been at other pet stores even other petco's and they never question my age nor asked id and were chill. I am 14 years old and when I came up to one worker and asked if I could get help to get cherry barbs they asked the id and stuff like that and proceeded to say that kids buy betta fish to make them fight and I didn't asked for that info and where did you get that information?! And at the register it was 45 $ for other things with the fish and I was going to use a 100 and the person said a 100 is too much for 45 and in my mind I was like it's literally near half of that! do you not know what a lot and little is for a 100?!!!! and plus when they were getting my fishes they got 2 cherry barbs and 6 glow light tetras I literally said specifically 8 damn CHERRY BARBS. and it took awhile for them to get it. their colors werent popping out as much when I saw them but once I added them in my community tank they instantly thrive. Also I don't own brilliant rasbora but theri info on them being 1.5 inches was wrong they get bigger than that and plus they are in a compacted tank not full giving them the swimming space and not allowing them to grow to their true potential size. I felt like I was being treated irresponsiblie, disrespect, and they make me feel like I was stupid l. I understand they don't know anything about me but it's quite obvious that I do take care of myself because I was wearing my workout clothes showcasing I do have responsibilities and disciplines. I don't want to be like this but I never felt so much anger and frustration. I felt like I was being discriminated. I am a 14 year old why are they treating me like this? and another thing I know what I am doing I've kept fish for 2 years and grow plants and all that kind of stuff so I know my fishes, plants, and tanks. no matter what you don't have to agree with but I'm my guts and heart I felt rasictism towards me. and don't even think that I dont know what it is I've worked before. I am apart of the Mississippi water shed department and what this shows is that I know I have responsibilitie, I know I have duties. so don't ever think that I am just some random teenager saying this for attention. I'm saying this for a change in the world. Make good decisions. And I read the reviews and things haven’t changed since then. So what do you have to say to employees treating a 14 year old like this? I’ve never been asked once in my life at any fish stores for an id. Even when I was 12.
