- HFHeather FischerJan 1, 20262.0I went in was never greated. Girl at register was on her phone. I went to the fish area to try to find a sponge filter . I couldn't find what I needed. So I went to her & asked if anyone was working in the fish are. She replied well 2 of us but I guess I have to help you cause I don't know were the other person is ( you guess). I asked is there was any sponge filters for a 20 gallon tank. She takes me to the filters. She said this is what we have. I said these are not sponge filters. She said o that's what you want. Than she showed me & point she said there right there. I said said I don't think k these are for 20 gallon. She said I don't know. Maybe this one. Which was for 10 gallon. So I just went with the larger tank size one. Than I was going to order one. I said do you know what motor & rubbing goes with this filter. She says you would have to read. It should come in the box. As the box is small any smart person knows there is not all of that in 1 small box. So I had to find everything by my self. I ask if I could return of it doesn't work. She replied if it doesn't work that's on you. I Than went to petsmart had way better help!! I will be returning the items from petco even though 2 of the 3 items will work.
