  DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY SIGNING UP FOR THE VITAL CARE MEMBERSHIP. IN ORDER TO CANCEL IT YOU MUST CALL SOME BS 800 NUMBER, ON THE OTHER END WILL BE EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES!!! I’ve had my vital care membership for a little over five years until my pup unfortunately recently passed, calling to cancel the vital care WHICH YOU CAN ONLY DO BY CALLING THAT NUMBER has been nothing but a train wreck I’ve dealt with 5 different representatives the first one being EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL, the next 3 not being to help with a single thing but telling me how I should talk and feel over the phone. Spent a little over 20 minutes just to have to hang up and call back to finally spend another 10 minutes just to FINALLY get it canceled! NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER SUPPORT PETCO OR ANYTHING PETCO RELATED ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Will also be passing the message along to all my fellow Petco users, absolutely ridiculous!!!!

  My dogs can be pretty hyper and the vets were all very knowledgeable and kind to him.
