Thank you, Dr. Swedin and your wonderful staff, for the incredible care you give to my two 14-year-old boys, Ricky and Czar. Ricky may be easygoing, but Czar can certainly be a bit particular and challenging at times. No matter what, you always remain patient, compassionate, and truly animal-centered. Time after time, you create positive experiences for them, and that means more than I can say. Thank you not only for your kindness, but for the exceptional care you provide to keep them healthy and comfortable in their senior years.

Dr. Swedin and her team were absolutely amazing with Koda. They took the time to explain everything clearly, showed genuine care and compassion, and made a very stressful situation much easier for us. I truly appreciated the follow-up text checking on how Koda was doing after his procedure. That extra step meant a lot and really shows how dedicated and thoughtful the entire team is. We’re very grateful for the care Koda received.

My Vetco experience was above average.
Everyone was so kind to me and Dolly .
Our technician Valenzia was amazing! She went above and beyond to make my baby Dolly feel comfortable and happy during our visit. Dr. Nancy was very knowledgeable on so many things and helped put my mind at ease! Dolly usually has to have a muzzle on because she gets so anxious but, Valenzia did so great keeping him calm- she was very patient with her! You can tell she’s very passionate about her work and that’s so important to me. I have told all of my family members and friends about my experience and they have already made their appointments. Thank you again.

I want to begin by expressing my deep disappointment with this establishment. It’s utterly unprofessional and solely designed to assess pet owners. I had scheduled an appointment and arrived at the clinic, only to be met with a standoffish staff.
I waited in the exam room with my dog, and after a while, a friendly staff member entered to explain the procedure and the vet’s plan. She inquired about our willingness to pay around $60 for a test to diagnose an ear infection in my dog. I agreed, as they assured me it would help them determine the infection and prescribe the appropriate medication.
However, they proceeded to inform us that we needed to pluck the hair from her ears, since that would help in clearing the infection per their plan . The cost for plucking the few hairs the assistant showed me was $35, and we reluctantly agreed to it.
As if that wasn’t enough, they attempted to sell us cleaning products stating that the recommended cleaner is the best and I asked will it clear the infection and she responded no but it would clean the area. I had specifically purchased one that was recommended by my previous vet and told them I am ok with the cleaner for now. I’m still perplexed as to why I chose this clinic in the first place.
After waiting for approximately 10 minutes, the vet finally arrived. She was initially quite rude. My dog is a doodle, and she’s almost three years old, so it was understandable that she wanted to leave the room. I took her out just before the vet arrived, and it seemed as though she was annoyed with us.
To make matters worse, I spent over $237 on the visit with a medication that I could have found $15 less elsewhere but I agreed. A week passed, and I had not received any calls or check-ins from the clinic, even though I had asked if I needed to bring her back in. The receptionist had assured me that they would contact us in 5 days to check on her.
However, almost a month later, I had still not heard from anyone. I reached out by phone and inquired about refilling the medications, but they insisted that I bring my dog in to have the medication changed, despite the fact that the initial test had not revealed the underlying issue.
Why had they charged me $60 for a test that clearly did not pinpoint the problem? I was left feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. The clinic was exchanging texts with me, and when I was explaining the situation, I received a message saying, “SORRY, THIS SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE!”
I responded with astonishment, as I was explaining that I was pretty much blocked . They then offered to send my dog’s records to a vet who could better suit my needs. Their response was rude, condescending, and unprofessional.
To top it all off, their pricing is significantly higher than what their website states. This place is clearly not there to provide quality veterinary care; it’s simply there to gauge pet owners’ willingness to pay.
