They’ve supposed to be the professionals but I’m the one that has to figure out how to safely handle a cat when it’s stressed out? I had to look up youtube videos because I was so lost and after everything, my cat still wouldn’t take it. When I called them, they told me I had to go to all the way to Grand Rapids to pick up a different medicine.
