- AHAudrey HoestermanNov 18, 20251.0If I could leave negative stars I would. The service is horrible and they are extremely overpriced for such poor service. I made an appointment and waited over 2 hours which is insane however it was late and my cat was sick and needed to be seen. For a neutering surgery it was roughly $800 which is way overpriced (I changed to a different vet for $180 and amazing service). They are nearly impossible to get in contact with and the lady who works the desk is extremely rude and and super unhelpful. Overall I would never recommend anyone coming here.

When we arrived no staff was in the building myself and 3 other women was there with our babies, one lady stated she was there for a emergency. I left work early to make it to the appointment to be disappointed completely not one email was sent not one call nothing I had a 30 minute drive there and another 30 minutes back home because I wanted to stay with her same vet even after moving.

Sat in the room for nearly 45 minutes, then left. I heard them talking and then there was silence. Maybe they went outside to hang out. Avoid this place at all costs if you can.
