  Easily my favorite pet store, it feels like family walking in, very generous folks who don't seem driven by profit and a knowledgeable staff. 1 guy, went through ingredients on food bags with me for nearly 20 minutes.

  Customer service as a whole is almost non-existent. Not at the Premier Pet Supply Westland location. Kimmie goes above and beyond to serve the customer. She helps me find the deals for my cat food and wild bird and critter supplies so I can save money. Something is always on sale and she helps me track it all. I appreciate that and it is why I continue to shop here. They are well stocked too! I also prefer shopping at a local business so I can keep my dollars floating around locally instead of sending them out of the state or country. If you haven't visited, give it a try. I think you'll enjoy the shopping experience and prices.

  I visit this store often and it is always well stocked, bright and clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

  Absolute best pet store around! They are so helpful with finding the right products for your animal friends and the return policy is amazing as well as they will take open product back, refund your money and donate the product to a local shelter. Thank you Premier Pet Supply!

  So I went to this place once with my youngest pup and was pretty surprised that I paid $15 for a wash and all of their shampoo and conditioner bottles were full of water. I thought maybe it was just a time where they were running out and did a quick fix. Unfortunately I was wrong. I took both of my boys to the wash today and I ended up purchasing shampoo and conditioner that is specific for their skin … when checking out the guy stated that they have shampoo and conditioner in the bath area (I guess to suggest I didn’t need to buy any) well I told him I was purchasing these for a specific reason but thanked him for the info. I was incredibly disappointed today when I went in there and saw the same bottles filled with water but marked as shampoo and conditioner. If you’re paying for for the full was experience then you should definitely get the products you are paying for. I will continue to go here with the products I purchased simply for the fact that it is so close to my house and that they do have two separate rooms for washing with doors that close.
